Guide changes:
- Improved note about alternate mods for RCRN.
- Improved Step-2L (about texture optimization) with more detailes.
- Improved Step-5A5 (about performance improvements).

- Tweak fDecalLifetime= from SkyrimPrefs.ini tweaks (Step-3B) moved to Skyrim.ini tweaks (Step-3A).
