What does this guide entail?
This guide is here to be an up-to-date Oblivion modding guide that is exclusively on STEP. This guide does include recommendations from other guides and the credit will be given from where I found the original content. For the most part Wrye Bash is going to be the program to use but there is one time Where OBMM(Oblivion Mod Manager) is going to be needed since installing one part of the UI can be tricky and very difficult.
