We've been seeing significant increased website lag and intermittent bottlenecks since upgrading the server several months ago. We believe that this as well as our two unplanned downtime events were related to increased software demands associated with all of the upgrades.
As a result, we've decided that it's time for a hardware upgrade to support all of this upgraded software and mitigate the lag and downtime.
