To disable a plugin in Mod Organizer (MO):

  1. Double-click on the mod in the left pane. (Alternatively, right click and select "Information...")
  2. Click the "Optional ESPs" tab.
  3. Select a plugin in the right pane, and click on the left arrow to move it into the left pane.
  4. Close the Mod Information window.
