Requires powerofthree's Papyrus Extender from mod section 02 Extenders

Choice of installing main file or the newer optional file for DLL NG Edition (one I am using). Both the main and optional DLL NG both achieve the same thing and there is an optional controller config if you need that (install as a separate mod)
