Emittance value to use
- Emittance value = WeatherTundra.
- Apply this to both Light Bulbs and FX effects, or use one of the FXWeathers if those suits the atmosphere better.

Changes
- Replaced all light bulbs
- Added one bulb over the table for the candlehorns light source located there
- Added shadow fix for the hearth
- No FX alterations or additions
Notes
A bulb was not added for the candlehorns sitting on the mantel; this was not needed.
Penitus Oculatus Outpost

- Added one bulb for the lantern next to the bed for the light source located there
- Added shadow fix for the hearth
- No FX alterations or additions
Notes
A bulb was not added for the candles sitting on the mantel; this was not needed. Nor was a bulb added for the candles sitting on the table. This created too many lights on the wall meshes.
