  Uncheck the source mods in the left pane of ''Mod Organizer'' as they are now included in the new mod.
  Select each merged file and click the up arrow to move them from "Available ESPs" to "Optional ESPs". This effectively hides them from the game.

TES5Edit mod merging makes use of the Mod Merging TES5Edit Script add-on.

Run TES5Edit.
Select only the mod files to be merged then click [OK]. These must be sorted in the order specified.
