- Screen Refresh Rate
- This should automatically set to your monitor's refresh rate, but change it if you need to.
- Aspect Ratio
- Leave on Auto or set to your preferred aspect ratio.
- Texture Filter
- Anisotropic
- Anti-aliasing
- Off. This needs to be off for ReShade to work, and ReShade comes with its own Anti-aliasing so you're not missing out.
- Sync Every Frame
- This is just Vsync and I'd recommend setting it to Yes. The game has no FPS cap on by default so if you want it off, there will be nothing capping your FPS.
- Optimize for SLI
- Leave on No unless you have dual Nvidia GPUs.

- Yes
- Number of Dynamic Lights
- High
- Soften Smoke Edges
- Everything
- Number of Corpses
- Insane
