Fallout 4: The Commonwealth Strikes Back[edit | edit source]
Fallout 4 is a very interesting, and difficult, game to talk about in regards to modding. By itself, were it not connected to the other Fallouts, Fallout 4 is a great game. It looks great, plays really well, and the addition of new gameplay mechanics make it easy to get lost in. Unless you keep thinking about the previous games. Specifically, Fallout 3 and New Vegas. Roleplaying in both games were paramount to their success, and in a way, FO4 lost that. You are forced into one of two particular roles from the very beginning: a mother or father, and it refused to let you think otherwise for most the game.
