- Reinstall with relevant patches. Patches for REGS mods are needed because they contain Navmesh edits.
Pre-Installation Setup[edit | edit source]
- Patch the extended patch
- In Wrye bash click on the Extended Patch [pic]
- select any dummy .esp
- For Example: Any high res texture pack esp, BWS.esp, etc.
- Save
- Open Tes5edit
- Right-click [Select None]
- Select only Step Extended Patch
Navigate TES5Edit:
- 000B7B61
- NAME - Base
- Drag record from Skyrim.esm directly to STEP Extended Patch.esp
- NAME - Base
- Select the File Header
- find the Dummy esp and then delete the record by either Right-Click on the blank space above the dummy esp name and selecting [Remove] OR Click the blank space above the dummy esp and Click the [Delete] key on the keyboard.
