Base SRLE mods Modified for better performance

After Installing SRLE Benchmarks were performed to discover the over baseline performance Results can be found HERE

It was discovered that average fps using base SRLE was 45.2 the 2 highest performance hitting mods were Vividian ENB and Dyndolod so this is were we begin

Vivdian ENB

all the suggested ENBLocal.ini tweaks come from Nearox SRLE with REGS on Medium Systems guide It is advised to use the folowing setting for Vividian ENB:

1. Under the ENB perfomance options select either the Performance Vanillia Version or the Performance Vivid Version
2. Under the ENB Optional Files Select SMAA Anti-Aliasing
3. once installed add the following to your ENBLocal.ini file:

• [PROXY]
• ProxyLibrary=d3d9_smaa.dll
• [PERFORMANCE]
• EnableOcclusionCulling=true (This is optional but can reduce aliasing/shimmering in the near distance)
• [ENGINE]
• ForceLodBias=false (This is optional but can reduce aliasing/shimmering in the near distance)
• [ANTIALIASING]
• EnableEdgeAA=false (SMAA does a better job.)
• EnableTemporalAA=true (Personal preference. with this enabled it should greatly reduce shimmering/aliasing when moving around)
• EnableSubPixelAA=false

1. Injector.ini file (should be located in the skyrim where yoyu find the TES.exe and the SkyrimLauncher.exe) change the following to:

• [smaa]

  smaa preset one of {SMAA_PRESET_LOW, SMAA_PRESET_MEDIUM, SMAA_PRESET_HIGH, SMAA_PRESET_ULTRA, SMAA_PRESET_UBER}

• preset = SMAA_PRESET_HIGH
• The default Vividian ENB SMAA preset is UBER, which only increases SMAA quality by 10-20% at the cost of multiple FPS.

1. these next changes are entirely optional but worth it if even more fps boost is required, Open enbseries.ini and change the following:

• EnableAmbientOcclusion=false (this option turns off Ambient Occlusion, This will be a major FPS saver on my system I got back approx 7 fps).
• EnableCloudShadows=false (this option turn off cloud shadow on the ground but will save about 3-5 fps).

Dyndolod

this is the next biggest mod that impacts on performance so it is advise the:

1. the medium Setting for DynDoLod Worlds is the best balance between performnce and the world looking nice.

doing just these 2 things should see a 10-15 fps boost (it actually raises my average fps back to 60 fps, my fps is normally above 55 90% of the time there a few spots it does of course go down).

Skyrim Flora Overhaul

If even more fps is required after the changing to the adivise setting for ENB and DynDoLod, then the next mod that has a huge impact on performance is Skyrim Flora Overhaul. Since Enhanced landscapes is used in SRLE Extended Skyrim Flora Overhaul can be removed. You should see about a 5fps boost removing this mod.
