bUseBlurShader[edit | edit source]

It has been verified that this setting is completely placebo. The game does not recognize the setting at all. It does not appear in the game-generated INI--only ones created by the Fallout 4 Launcher. It is a remnant from Fallout 3 and Oblivion.
