1. Go to your <Fallout New Vegas>/ folder (not the data directory!), usually found at <...\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas>.
2. Find a file named libvorbisfile.dll
3. Right-click on the file, choose Rename and rename it to backup.libvorbisfile.dll
