Install the Dawnguard Skill Interface ReTexture optional file as well and choose the option (Vampire or Werewolf) that you plan to play. You can not install both because they share the same resource. If you change your mind and play the opposite option which you installed, simply reinstall the patch choosing the correct option.

If choosing the Werewolf version remember to install the Dawnguard - Werewolf Interface Patch optional.
