Starter instruction for a TTW...thing. This is not a guide to play the game 100%. Go look at Clear & Present Danger or Fear & Loathing if you want to play games NOW and have an awesome, stable time at it. This is for promoting discussion on combining the Fallout 3 and Fallout NV mods, removing errors, forwarding fixes, and creating compatibility patches for a stable, optimized game. This will not deal with texture optimization, Kelmych would be much better for advice on that.
