  1. Do you any experience modding oblivion... I might look into creating guide if no one does probably something along the line of Vanilla (texture replacers, bug fixes and must have mods), enhanced ( must have overhauls or whatever fits) and then something for fcom, deadly reflex, and other gameplay changing stuff).
  2. I left out that SKSE line because everyone should have it.... The reason I recommended the ini is because I didn't see any abnormal or weird tweaks other than the papyrus times are different 1.4 instead of 1.2 but shouldn't make a difference but I would say put them back to 1.2. theres been some debate about AutodetectVideoMemorySize whether it should be true or false.... main argument is it might not be correct... I say trial and error because there is no true answer. dont use enb fps limiter if you don't need to disable the adaptive quality in local ini... try disabling skylight and image based lighting (I've noticed input lag with this on)... side note: AMD has pretty weird driver problems because it says I have 8 graphics cards...
  3. after using enb and CF I've found that wait busy render helps but I don't know the side effects other than script latencys go through the roof which shouldn't be a problem if you are at 60 frames... Keep your frames above 30 period. There is an odd slow down when the frames are decreasing from 31-29 and speed up when going from 29 - 30... Dont use DOF and if you can don't use adaptation, they both cause this weird flicker. For DOF, if you set the delay or whatever its called to 0 you can get it to work, sometimes and other it'll do this weird white flash in interiors which can be bad for your health especially only if you have epilepsy. For adaptationif you can toggle on and off adaptation and/or use effect which might make the flicker less apparent. Dont worry about any of those .dll hacks they dont work nor does renaming the exe. The lag literately triples. I found that using ewis inis help tremendously.
  4. yup... I think last time I looked it went up to 450, I got it down to 250. That being said there were some issues and that is why I am asking.... I want it stable because I played this game about 10 times and got to the point right before the civil war ~ 20 - 100 hrs each and crashes stared out every 6 hrs then 4, 2, 1, and then about every 10 min... I've gotten pretty far in stability. If I get it there I might post a guide on the changes I made...
  5. I guessing this is not going to happen... I would very much enjoy a set list that is full of mods but easy to follow and modular... For Example: Skyrim Revisited Legendary Edition, Fear & Loathing or even Morrowind overhaul by Ornitocopter
  6. I was thinking about doing a kind of REGS, SR:LE, MMO (SkyRe)... Is there any potential problems other than esp count... Ill have to experiment with merging...

  8. in enb do not use reduce memory.... It will lag really bad 1+ sec every time when an exterior cell loads
  9. I dont have a problem with not having enough performance. both cards average around 70-80%... I am able to enable SMAA and get zero fps loss with 80-90% performance... CJ I was just browsing through the nexus and downloaded some mods to see if there are any that dont conflict this is what I found. I only used tes5edit... I didnt check in-game and am unsure of how complete they are but they have been around for quite awhile. Tes Arena - Skyrim Frontier Fortress (supposedly its modular, I installed complete) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/47989 conflicts with tos amber guard, 3DNPC, mannyblackrock, adalmatar, inns and taverns Im guessing its not worth it because it conflicts with a lot. Im not sure about in game though Syerscote- A New settlement with Player home Custom NPCs and Quests https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29381 no conflicts could be worth it I remember this being pretty cool Juhan Village https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54029 Some nav mesh conflicts with ETaC but its only one building that teleports to and interior cell supposedly. Nothing super interesting just a different place to explore. It might be worth it but probably not

The reason that ETaC runs so bad is because I addes a lot of different object with different textures... generally turning down the in-game fade distances do little (2x 6970) but when looking at the areas I drop down to mid 20s verses mid 30s and tg helps by 10 fps I also found that ewi inis helped massively... no more lag when loading the area. It seem ETaC hit thet limit of the engine... I am able to monitor VRAM and mines fine I generally only run 1k textures...
  11. I had originally just took a quick glance because its late and decided to post it because I was unsure. It seems like it doesn't use the LVLD - Chance None but uses the LVLD - Global. In a bashed patch the LVLD - Chance None is reverted to vanilla whereas the LVLD - Global record is carried in the patch. The text below is from the front of the mod page. " (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) For compatibility with other mods, use Wrye Bash to create a Bashed Patch. Include "Scarcity - Less Loot.esp" and your chosen rarity module(s) in the Bashed Patch (DO NOT use any Bashed Tags). Remember that you must rebuild your Bashed Patch whenever your load order changes, this includes when you want to change rarity modules."
  12. I mean the mod pack page. I might be incorrect because the bashed patch changes the LVLD - Chance None back to vanilla but carries LVLD - Global. I have limited knowledge when it comes to how mods function. I only know things that I have found out over time. Yes, I was wrong.
  13. I believe Scarcity needs STATS for the bashed patch. It isn't mentioned on the page. Another question can you post your current list. I want to follow it.
