Recommendations

1. Download and install the DynDOLOD Main File into e.g. ../Modding/Tools/DynDOLOD
2. Extract the archive to the Tools folder (e.g. C:/Modding/Tools/).
3. If Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 are missing, download and install them; both x86 and x64 files.

The Resources file will be installed later, so ignore it for now.
