Update your MO2 install

What do you mean by that? I already have mod organizer 2.1.3 installed.

Make sure you have updated correctly because there is this in the log:

18:55:31 [D] update available: 2.1.2 -> 2.1.3

If you are 100% sure you are on the latest go to settings and change the server to CDN as there are reports that Nexus is having difficulties with the other servers.
