Is there a way to see the chronological history of mods that have been activation?

Question

I've been working on getting a collection of mods to work-together and all had been going well until today, where I must have activated a mod that caused lighting conflicts. I deactivated the group of mods that I had activated but the problem persists. Is there a way to find-out the chronological order of the mods that I have activated so I can revert to a point that did not have this issue?

Mod Organizer stores each installed mod in a folder in the "Mod Organizer\mods" folder (or a similar folder if you chose a different folder for the installed mods). If you open the "mods" folder in Windows Explorer and order the folders by "Date modified" you should be able to tell the order of installation of the mods.
