SkyUI is not installed in STEP 2292 until the end of Section 2.E. Interface. However, for those of us (specifically me, who was so instructed) who are running Skyrim after every section to determine which MOD is giving us (me) problems, attempting to run Skyrim after Section 2.D. give an error message stating that SkyUI is required by Trade and Barter. Or did I mess up somewhere?
My mistake, it was a red highlight in LOOT, which I ran immediately before attempting to Run Skyrim.
