Specific leveled list problem

What is the best option to select for my lvlf flag in this leveled list? I somewhat understand the flags, but I'm unsure about how special loot works since I haven't found any good resources detailing what it does.

 

Immersive armors wants to set the general tulius set to "special loot", but CCOR wants to set it to "use all". I don't want tulius to wear and own anything but the immersive armors setup, but, as I understand it, it's not good to just delete references from leveled lists. What would special do in this situation? I have attached a file of the conflict in TESV to show what I mean.

If all you want him to do is use the special IA set, just copy over the entire IA record. IIRC The special loot flag decides what version of the set he spawns with, as the IASetTuliusBasic is another list, not an armor piece. Hope this helps.

So, there's no problem leaving out references from leveled lists? Or, just in this case there's not?

No, that's not a problem. In this case all it does is decide what items General Tullies spawns with, so leaving out the references keeps him from spawning with several different armors, which in turn makes sure he wears the one from IA.
