Are you using the new alpha version of Mod Organizer 2? The original Mod Organizer can't be used with 64 bit executables like those in Fallout 4.

How did you manage to find 64 bit versions of all the dependencies?

I was trying to build 64 bit binaries for the original MO ages ago because some Fallout NV mod installer needed 64 bit Java, but I couldn't find 64 bit libs for anything.

Sounds like a lot of effort for just installing a mod! :woot:

Not sure which dependencies you are referring to, @tannin, MO's creator, simply rewrote all the existing code for the 64bit version and is currently testing the alpha release now. You can head over to the GitHub repo to join in if you wish.
