Nightengale hood incorrect neck mesh

I'm a mod organizer user who followed the STEP extended guide, along with a few smaller convenience mods and a werewolf and vampire overhaul. My plugins are organized by LOOT. Below is my mod load order along with a picture of the problem, would love some suggestions on how to fix this problem. Although it is minor, it's also very distracting.

I am using Nightengale Prime HD. I tried disabling it, but it did not fix my problem.

 

I also have Improved Close Faced Helms.

That mask is not from nightingale prime, no way.

I think there might be a mask on the page to use, don't use it. It's likely that mask that is causing your issues.
