Should I bother with ENBoost?

I'm wondering if I should even use ENBoost and if I'll get any benefits with my specs.  I like to use some apps that overlay the desktop such as the MSI Gaming App and Razer Cortex, so those are some factors that I must consider.  My specs are as follows:

 

CPU: Intel i5 6600k @ 4.10Ghz

Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo

Mobo: MSI Z170A Krait Gaming

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16Gb @ 3000Mhz

Video Card: MSI GTX 970 100 Million Edition

PSU: Corsair CX 750M

Depends how heavily modded your game is going to be. I would say use it anyway. Also the overlays don't interfere with ENBoost, just the graphical part of ENBSeries (ENB Presets).
