Kelmych Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 The question is whether it should be considered a fix or a small useful expansion. If it's the latter it sounds like a mod that could be in the A Real Explorers Guide to Skyrim pack. I can't think of any comparable villages with multiple NPCs but only one house, so it might be a fix.
TechAngel85 Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 I always assumed the extra people were simply travelers that stopped in. This never seemed like it was suppose to be a village of any sorts.
Kelmych Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 Expanded Towns and Cities includes expansions for Darkwater Crossing and Kynesgrove as well as other settlements. The REGS guide includes a few of the settlements in Expanded Towns and Cities but not these two.

They're part of the complete installation of the mod after all.
