I have a major visual bug. I thought at first it was DynDOLOD, since it was the last visual mod I installed before I last checked.

I still think it might be the DynDOLOD, since (and bear with me, I have NO clue about the technical stuff) installing it involved running scripts that included my entire mod list, so I can imagine something got stuck, that removing the mod didn't fix. And yes, the issue persist after I removed the mod. I have followed STEP to the letter, which is also why I can't imagine being anything else (I've installed STEP since 2.2.6), giving that this is the only game-"breaking" mod in the last couple of STEP versions, and this hasen't happend before. If it is this mod, I have no idea how I could fix it, other than deleting everything and starting over, but I really don't wanna resort to that.
I do have some mods that aren't STEP, mainly gameplay mods, the big ones being Civil War Overhaul, Dragon Combat Overhaul, Vivid Clouds and Fog and Perkus Maximus, and the dusin or so patches that follows. However, I can't imagine it not being a visual mod doing this, and giving that the bug is only visible in the distance, where LOD would be generated, I find it hard to believe it is not related to DynDOLOD.
