Mod Organizer - Not showing highlights of red/green when overwriting or being overwritten

As the title says. I click on a mod, such as Unofficial Dawnguard Patch, and expect Dawnguard to be highlighted in red but it is not. Tried closing and re-opening, activating/deactivating mods etc.

Huh? That feature was introduced in 1.3.x, you're running 1.2.18
