Microsoft Runtime Error C++, TESV.exe requested program to terminate it

I keep getting https://i.imgur.com/VOTM9H8.png messae, and i dont know, has been bothered me for several playthroughs and completely skyrim reinstalls. i even updated, deleted, repaired c++ files.

 

now i am at lost, i contacted bethesda but theyre not helpful as they keep claiming my files don't get through to them (they requested files like dxdiag and msinfo), so i thought since u guys are visual specialists one or two might have come across this kind error.

 

the error happens randomly, when i travel, after loading, waiting a few secs, error.. completely random. in my previous playthrough it kept happening every single time i went to the dark brotherhood front door in falkereath.

 

i did search google multiple times but they were not helpful and did not solve my issue

The path to the TESV.exe is a non-standard one, are you running a cracked version?

no i can even prove it

 

i am running legit steam skyrim

oh edit; that was screenshot i found on the internet, it is not my screenshot, however, i get the exact message and error

In enblocal.ini try setting ExpandSystemMemoryX64 to false.

 

Also, please provide your skse.ini (for Skyrim Script Extender and its memory patch) or your relavent SSME file.

I see you have diagnostics and dumps enabled. Do those logs provide any clue perhaps?

 

The tint thing is generally for mods that use higher resolution tints. It is unnecessary unless you are using such a mod.

 

I contacted Bethesda, and they got back with an answer that I had old GPU drivers installed which is supposed to not be the case at all since I update them regularly.

 

When I installed some BETA drivers it said I missed cc+ 2012 visual things so i downloaded those too and gave permission to all my skyrim files.

 

I don't know if this fixed the issue so if it happens again can I count on you to help me with the dump files from SKSE?
