CTD when booting Skyrim through MO

DwhyDx

Question

I've spent days trying to figure out the issue here, but I'm left with no other resources.

Whenever I try booting Skyrim or SKSE through MO ,even with no mods enabled, I get a crash the moment I try to make a new game or load a save. I can run Skyrim and SKSE normally so I know the issue is with MO. I've followed the STEP guide and I still haven't found a solution. I've made sure that everything will always run as administrator and I've made sure all the file paths for executables on MO are correct.

So I was able to solve the issue. I had to go back and fix some of the settings for enblocal.ini according to the S.T.E.P. guide, and now everything works like a charm. Thank you to everybody for the help.

Please provide details of your install paths for MO, Skyrim, etc., along with a copy of your ModOrganizer.ini.

In your MO folder there is a folder called 'logs' with all the generated logs from each MO execution, please provide copies of these also.

The logs say you have moved your Skyrim install. Did you have this in the same location with previous MO installs and is there any reason why you have moved it?

Sometimes after Steam updates you need to run the game from the launcher to ensure any changes are correctly addressed. Have you done so?

There's also a few entries in the  log that state MO is unable to find certain files. More than likely this is related to the registry settings and the actual on disk locations being different.

So I think I've realized I have even less of an idea of what I'm doing than I thought I did. I used MO to activate all my plugins again, and I can at least start a new game. Starting out at the prison from Alternate Start, everything is blue. I think I see maybe 2 textures have loaded, one of them being my characters eyes. From there I can load a save game, and all the textures that should be there are, but that ends pretty soon, since I CTD every time I open the map, or die, etc. As far as loading a save game from the main menu, I immediately get a CTD.

Here is my mod list, since I'm assuming I did something for the sake of one of them that doesn't even let me start a completely modless game from MO. https://modwat.ch/DwhyDx#/plugins

G:\Games\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\SKSE\skse.ini doesn't exist shows up a few times.

Have you made that ini file?

I thought I had, and I had even downloaded the pre-made one, but it seems I had forgotten to put it in its proper place. I put the ini in its place, but nothing has changed.

I did move my Skyrim install, because I was having the issue described at the top of this post, where I could start a new game but I couldn't load a save and I was CTD'ing frequently. After trying everything and messing around with my load order a lot I thought it might have to do something with the fact that MO and Skyrim were on 2 different drives. I have run the game from the launcher both in and outside MO to no avail.

Here are my last few MO logs and my last few Papyrus logs:
