Depends on what the .esp is meant to to. Most likely it just contain image space alterations or weather changes etc. Which means there is no point in redoing the bashed patch since it does not contain anything that goes into it at all.

In general only redo the bashed patch if your .esp adds new items, or altered leveled lists.

As for the place in the load order then it again depends entirely on what the .esp is meant to do. If it is just weather and/or image spaces then just place it late (after other mods that do the same to have it overwrite.).

That kinda mods you can more or less treat as a texture or model.. and just remove them later without much issue since all they contain is really just a set of color information for the sky etc.

And since I am a parrot... check the .esp for what is inside of it.

so i could just add it at the end of my mod list and carry on, could i add Enhanced Lights and FX, Realistic Lighting Overhaul?
do you think they would be able to be added at the end of the mod list?
dont want to use loot as it resets my load order then i gota re patch

Phinix Natural ENB esp. txt says this

PNENB fixes
===========

Copy PNENB.esp to your Skyrim\Data folder and check the mod in your mod list. This should be loaded last if possible.

IMPORTANT: Delete any other plugin in your data folder that starts with "PNENB" to make sure you don't leave a copy of the old one there.

ABOUT THIS PLUGIN
=================
This helper mod no longer modifies interior cells, and thus should be compatible with everything. The only reason it exists is that it DOES contain a few minor fixes that are still needed:
* Balances Frostmere to give it a natural look (this cell has a unique lighting setup that causes it to look pitch black in ENB.
* Corrects inverted colors that could sometimes happen with ENB and word walls in cells that are overly dark or have high contrast.
* Minor adjustments to the default image space for optimal appearance, for the few cells that use it.
* Corrections for a couple random effects (dragon shout darkness and the dreamspace for the nightmare quest.)

what do yo think?

do people normally use a ENB  with 4K? dose a ENB add AA? as mine is off  but when i add a enb get massive profromace hit
soryy i cant get the white background off

If you add new .esp or .esm files to your load order, you're going to have to use LOOT and probably re do your Bashed Patch sooner or later.

What do you need to repatch if your load order changes, exactly? (aside from the Bashed Patch)

If you have files in your load order you don't want to move or you want to stay in a certain position, you can use LOOT's lock load order feature. Or add Metadata to the file via LOOT.

And yes, most ENB's will have AA as one of the features. Most ENB's will lower your performance, but it's to some extent the price you pay when you add an ENB.

4K display resolution with an ENB would be quite taxing even on the most beefy system with SLi/Crossfire. If you mean 4k textures then heck no. I'll echo what Nozzer has to say as well. You shouldn't have any issues adding ELFX or RLO but do not add both.

i can it 60fps NP with Titan X sli, but it dose push my GPU's with AA on 8x and 4K no enb, get 60fps with 1 card only on the cart into it was 50-60 but after back to 60

also could i add some high res textures to my game? like 4K or 2k? with out having to change the load order
