Doesn't SRO cover Windhelm & Solitude anyway?

Yes, but this is a pretty different style compared to SRO.

SRO isnt really a texture overhaul that like, its okay but its not a style that I like.

If you are not using ELFX and want to use Project Parallax Remasted, these textures look pretty good.

I dont use this one personally because I have found noble skyrim to have the style that I prefer.
