The Ruffled Feather - Mod Order?

Hi there,

I have a question about the placement of The Ruffled Feather in STEP 2.2.9.1. It seems that it overrites many files from Skyrim Realistic Overhaul (likely from the 'terrain bump' mod). Is this intended, or is The Ruffled Feather better suited elsewhere?

It's intended. If you're following the dev guide then just install it where it's located in the Guide using the STEP option in the installer.
