What is the definitive documentation site for the Fallout games?

I've been using Fallout Wikia as my goto source of Fallout documentation, is there a better site?

 

By better I mean more closely follows Fallout lore or provides detailed back story information, not whether the layout or format is better.

It's a different wiki, so maybe it is better. I use that one instead of wikia.

For Fallout 3 I generally use the Wikia since it seems to have more information, but sometimes I use other sources like the Vault.

Thanks. Just checked it out. It has some different info on items and appears to be pretty much in-line with lore so I'll use both this and the Wikia.
