Screen Issues

Whenever I load up Skyrim from Mod Organizor, the game screen loads to the right such that there is a black bar on the left of my screen that is approximately half an inch wide, and the right side of the screen moves off of the edge of the monitor. Once this happens, it is like the computer thinks that the edge of the screen is at the black bar and not at the actual edge of the monitor. This happens with SKSE, Skyrim and the Skyrim Launcher, but does not occur if the launcher is activated outside of Mod Organizor. What exactly is going on here, and how can I fix it? This only began occuring on Thursday night (2/5/2015), Mod Organizor had been running the game successfully beforehand, the only changes that were done to my load order was a set of armor retextures
