Sure, unless you read the comments where the analogy is flawed. Lol :)

In any case, yes it is a good card. No, I'm not planning to return it but I'm definitely going to be skeptical before touching Nvidia again. I will no longer trust them on their word alone and a form of compensation for the deception would be nice.

Agreed, I still have faith they'll do something about it. But maybe it's misguided. If they don't, it is setting a very bad precedence for other parts makers. It's a slippery slope, if you live in the USSA then you understand all too well. Our system does this kind of smoke and mirrors sh!!t all the time!

Boris has been chiming in on the Nvidia forums and on ENBDev... he is pissed off.

More I read the more it makes me want to return as I know future games will use even more vram.

It's a lot of money, and if they don't right the wrong, again, I think people should stand up for it. If we bend over, they will think it's ok and get worse and worse over time. It's human nature. It reminds me of the good old days when game developers started releasing games "unfinished" with the promise of "patching", which was very far-fetched at the time. Gamers let it slip and for a while and many games were released practically unplayable. Speaking of which, look at skyrim. It is a bit ridiculous that to this day we have "unofficial patches" to clean up the mess they left in game. I'm not saying we should not have some patches for unforeseen technology upgrades, but the level we're at now is a bit obscene.
