Installing NSFW Mods in addition to STEP.

As the title implies, I am looking to install some NSFW mods in addition to STEP, and I am wondering what the best way to do this is?

 

I imagine I should install them while doing the Character & Creatures section of STEP, but I'm afraid they might conflict with some of the mods on STEP, any advice is appreciated.

 

The NSFW mods I'd like to install are:

 

Killable Children

Deadly Mutilation

CBBE Bodyslide

Sexlab (possibly)

Normally, if I'm adding mods aside from STEP ones, I'll tack them on at the end of the step list, but before doing a bashed patch. LOOT/BOSS should sort them out.

Killable Children does the same thing as Non-Essential Children unless I'm thinking of a different mod.
