BFF Companions not showing up in the "activated" tab

This mod dont seem to work on MO or NMM for some odd reason NMM dont recognise the mod installed and the only way to fix it is to use the launcher but sinse MO dont provide that (correct me on that) there is no way for me to install this mod at all. Any idea how to fix this?Mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/20812/?

Double click the BFF mod and a information window will appear. In it will be a lot of tabs across the top. Click on Optional ESPs and take a screen shot. Do the same for the conflicts and file tree tab.

*Cough* apperently the texture option thing replaced ALL the files when i pressed "replace" and in my head it though it would replace the textures for the fox and dog only... and not the whole folder :/ *cough* 

 

welp how dumb i am XD anyway. How do i install the texture replacer with out replacing the whole folder? do i press merge?
