Better Fast Travel -Looking for someone to continue it

 

 

Hello, I am the author of Better Fast Travel Carriages and Ships known also as Dj20. 

 

As the title suggests the mod has gone partially unsupported. BFT still has some problems some people say it breaks their game (but I have never managed to reproduce that problem) and others say that they never had any problems with it. The carriages in skyrim are really problematic even in vanilla so its possible that the mod has nothing to with it. Another thing is that the mod still has a lot of potential and that is why I don't want to leave it like that (unsupported).

 

That is why am writing here. I am looking for someone to continue the mod and make it better than ever. I want the mod to continue to live and make people happy!

Also have in mind that in order to continue the mod you have to be familiar with modding and scripting because the mod is script based.

Thank you. And I am really happy that it never caused any problems to you :) Its always good to hear.

Ah yeah and also, I'll still be around, I just don't have the time to maintain BFT.

Yes I am actually heartbroken that I have to mark the mod as unsupported (for now I hope) and I will be even more heartbroken if it gets abandoned and outdated.

Wow I've used that mod for months and never had problems with it.  It is part of my essential immersion mods.  And yes I WILL continue to use for all my playthroughs.  :-P

Yeah I though the same thing after returning and reading what I've posted. Hope its better the way I changed it.

I really hope someone picks this up. It is my favorite mod, and without it, the game won't be the same. I don't have the knowledge, time or capability to take on the project or I would do it myself.

This has always been a must have mod for me as I disable fast travel, it has always been a trouble free godsend - thanks a lot Rein for making it.
