Game crashes upon SKSE launch via MO.

As the title describes, when I try to launch Skyrim via SKSE from within mod organizer it gives me the black screen, then I see the main menu icon, and then the client instantly closes with no error.

 

I have looked through the threads on the forum here... They all make mention of ini's unique to each profile and all that jazz, I have gone through all of that and none of it seems to be fixing anything.

 

I have gone into the STEP Core profiles folder and created an skse.ini in there, I created an SKSE folder in there with and skse.ini, I have done the same in my documents.  I have done them all at once.  I have tried each of them individually, etc. etc...

 

MO can launch the Skyrim Launcher.  It CANNOT launch Skyrim proper, giving the same issue upon launch as SKSE (black screen, followed by main menu icon, and then instant crash).  It CANNOT launch SKSE.

 

I installed SKSE the way the guide told me... I took the three files (the .exe and the two .dll files) and put them in my main Skyrim directory... I then used the install new mod button and the SKSE archive to add the scripts... I then right clicked it like it said, explored, added the SKSE folder and the skse.ini with the lines it said.

 

I have literally installed every mod exactly as described word for word short of the one graphical mod that needed to be torrented.

 

What can I do for you fine folks to help me? Is there a log somewhere I can post... A screenshot of a particular directory?  I am a COMPLETE novice at this (modding stuff).  So if you could explain things to me as if I were very stupid and know nothing about any of this, that would be a big help.

Most likely a missing master. Is there a  beside anything in the Plugins tab (Right Pane)?

Damn dude that was it... This whole thing was because of Consistent Older People.  I downloaded the version the guide said you needed if you intended to install Bring Out Your Dead, but I haven't reached that section of the mod list yet so it was missing the master from it while trying to Benchmark at the end of earlier sections.  I unchecked the Consistent Older People mod on my list and boom instant start.

 

I never noticed it before because that mod was a ways down the plugin list (which I never scrolled through) and the  in the upper right corner only showed files in my Overwrite folder as the only issue.

Now that I can actually see how things are going, there seems to be an issue right at the start of the game:

Some missing textures? Any idea what could cause this?  I have made it through section 2.F and like I said, installed everything, but the torrent mod.  I thought if the higher res mods didn't replace anything it just left the default texture on it?
