Relighting Skyrim

The instructions are not clear here as to which files to download other than the link that says download here but then there is also a BUM update which makes no sense if I am downloading only one file.  Can someone clarify what I should be downloading?

The RelightingSkyrim-Full.esp doesn't have a rule already in BOSS/BUM, so you have to make it. It's a custom .esp. Your rules will reference .esps you don't have on occasion. Download as the link commands :)

Thank you I didn't realize there were some rules you create for .esps you don't have
