Skyrim at 4k

Aside from the monster fill rate needed to drive Skyrim on an Ultra HD monitor, I'm wondering, if one had sufficient rendering power, are there any other issues with running Skyrim at 4k resolution?  For example, does the UI break or render too small to read at this resolution?

Scaling should not be an issue.. at least it is not an issue up till 1600p and from what I have heard about people who do multi monitor setups then it is still able to scale nicely. Main issue is ofc. performance...
