What appears to be FPS drop(lag) without FPS drop.

Question

Hi all!

I am playing with a modded setup, more or less modded according to the 2.2.9 version, which is still under development, plus a few more mod of personal preference. I am running a solid 25-35 outdoor FPS and 55-60 indoor FPS. I just made it to High Hrothgar for the first time on this character, and I noticed a weird lag, that felt a little like FPS drop. My FPS keeps steady though around the 55-60. I first thought it was a problem with the mouse(sometimes it happens, especially when you strafe and turn), but the mouse have nothing to do with it.

I really don't know what it could be. It is not a gamebreaking problem though, as I've only noticed it in High Hrothgar(and only inside the actual keep) and not in any other indoor or outdoor spaces, be it dungeon, city or house.

But still, if anyone knows what might cause this, it would be greatly appreciated.

~Sincerely

I almost forgot!

I have the same kind of problem when I'm in the skill tree menu. When I pick or set perks(or you know, just check them) this same kind of lag shows itself. The rest of the menu run seemingly smooth, but the skill tree menu seems to suffer the same problem as indoor High Hrothgar.

Also, I should note that I have my FPS capped at 60 in the enblocal.ini(or whatever enb.ini you cap it in)

Should I be able to see a difference when running in Windowed Mode? I ticked the option in the launch menu, but I didn't notice a difference(I mean difference when alt-tabbing for instance, didn't notice anything different from non-Windowed mode)(I launch my modded game through SKSE in Mod Organizer).

Also this is now a major problem, as it also affect my gameplay in other indoor locations. Just raided the Silent Moon Camp north-west of Whiterun, with the similar form of lag that I experienced in High Hrothgar, still with high FPS.
