Potential Mod Order PRoblem, but no files listed

I have a "1" in the top right warning but when I open the Problems dialog and see the Potential Mod order problem, there's nothing in the field below that would give me any indication of what the problem is/what files are problematic.

 

PRetty much means I'm going to ignore this...what else can I do? I've run BOSS and BUM.

To populate the bottom window you have to click on the reported message in the top of the window. There can be multiple messages there. If you did this then i can't say what is the matter. If that does not fix it then you may need to create a bug report.
