Why is BOSS placing Dual Sheath Redux Patch after Bashed Patch, 0 ?

For some reason, Dual Sheath Redux Patch.esp is at the very end of the install list after BOSS runs, even after the bashed patch, 0.esp. I haven't used Wrye Bash yet to rebuild my bashed patch, if that's a factor.

 

Is there some tweaking in BUM I need to do to move Dual Sheath Redux Patch?

 

Mod Order has it listed as 7A in the Mod Index, after 79, which is the bashed patch

Dual Sheath Redux patch should remain after Bashed Patch, that is by design.
