Mouse has stopped working ingame

Completely stopped ingame however outside game is completely fine. I have no other device connected that would take the mouse control away (gamepad) and it was functioning before.I haven't installed any extra mods since playing last.I have tried launching plain old Skyrim vanilla with and without SKSE to no avail.Also aint even installed anything new on my PC at all since playing it last night.

Check what are you mouse sensitivity settings in game. Also check if mouse acceleration is enabled or disabled in the ini file. 

 

Try connecting the mouse to another port a the back of your PC.

 

If it's battery powered put new batteries in.

 

These are the things that come to my mind straight away. See how it goes and report back.

Go to skyrimprefs.ini and search for bGamepadEnable value. What is it set to?

Sometimes I find you have to alt+tab to gain control of your mouse.
