Unable to change priority of mods

shearx

Question

Hi there. Just started using Mod Organizer, and found that I am unable to change the priority of mods I have installed. I am aware that they can only be moved while the priority column is sorted, but no matter what I do, after dragging a mod to another row (as indicated by the black line + arrow) and dropping it, nothing happens. The order stays exactly as it was when i began.

MO version is 1.2

Windows 8.1 Pro x64

Anyone else have this issue? Or know why I am experiencing it?

EDIT: Just noticed I can manually change the priority number by clicking on the column and typing it in, but that is not very convenient =/

I am not at my computer atm but I think I know what your problem is, its just a little hard to describe from memory.

Under the mod list, the left one, there is a menu with sorting options. I accidently changed this by hovering over it while scrolling the mouse wheel (I believe that's what happened). This sorted some mods into expandable trees and also hindered mods from being dragged and dropped. Change it back and this â€problem" will be fixed.

OMG thank you! This happened to me last night and I could not figure out what happened for the life of me. Mental note to self: before banging head against keyboard for several hours trying to fix something, check forums first lol.
