torminater Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 New mod, very much needed.https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53546 Adds a stamina bar to the HUD which shows the horse stamina drain whilst "sprinting" on horseback. A skilled rider should be able to perceive whether his horse can keep going full speed or should slow down the pace to not kill itself.
EssArrBee Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Why did it take so long for this to be created. SHould be in Convenient Horses
DoubleYou Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 This does look good. Putting on my tracking list.
rootsrat Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 Love the idea, but it's not worth esp slot imho. If it's pluginless, I buy it, otherwise it should be integrated into CH
Kuldebar Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 I never really concerned myself with my horse's stamina...but I don't use the iNeeds Horse module either. Makes sense if you play for ultra realism that stuff needs to be tracked.
Garfink Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 Not a problem if its mergeble via that Tes5edit script merging plugin...
Drax8 Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 (edited) It's an SKSE plugin? No brainer then! Edit: Does have an .esp, bummer ;( Edited April 29, 2014 by Drax8
crime_syndicate Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 I merged it with the famous merge script (in my clothing/armor esp, but whatever...) and it seemed to run as advertised. Didn't even try the provided esp to be honest.
EssArrBee Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 I don't think the merge script has an issue merging plugins that require SKSE. I'm pretty sure it copies the scripts over regardless of what they actually say.
crime_syndicate Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 He doesn't mention it, but the mod actually has a MCM menu as well. It did pop correctly with my merge and seemed to work without issues.
