SKYRIMLE Already searched - Open container (by towawot)

This mod leaves looted containers open.

 

I was intrigued by this after seeing the commentary on the mod which removes "empty" from activator descriptions. This might go well with it by providing an immersive visual reminder that you have emptied a container already.

 

Towawot's other mods work well so I expect this will too, but I have not (yet) tried it.

It's a great idea, but as you can see in the video and the comments, there's a little problem with the animations for closing that play after you exit the inventory menu, then the container reopening.

 

I'm still going to use this mod though, because that problem is bearable with vanilla furniture and SMIM barrels.

I thought the container staying open was a feature, not a bug. I see you're correct, the animation is playing twice, but I love the opened containers letting me know what I've searched. The description page is pretty sparse, shame there's no comments thread for it on the Nexus, I'm wondering if we should expect an update.
