Save Profiles Not Showing Save Files After Updating to v1.1.2

So I have run into this greatly annoying problem after updating to MO version 1.1.2 - every other time I boot up Skyrim (SKSE), none of my save files show up. I get the main menu with no load or continue option. Simply restarting fixes the issue, but when this happens every other time without fail it's very time consuming, since it takes MO at least 2 minutes to launch Skyrim after the SKSE cmd window goes away. I don't know if this has something to do with the fact that I have over 1000 mods input into MO (not all loaded at once, of course - maybe 200 loaded, and a lot of them are just models or textures without scripts orr .esp/.esm files). I'm unsure if it's slow to load because MO is trying to index all 1000+ mods before it launches or what, but that's not the main issue here...

I found a temporary fix - apparently if I use the "coc" command to start a new game, THEN the saves show up. It's only a partial fix though...

Save file management in MO is a rats nest, I learned not to mess with it. I thought it would be a good idea to have MO manage my saves per profile...but that led to some scary times trying to find missing saves, etc.
