Populating list of Nexus Servers

I understand that the list of Nexus Servers is supposed to be populated when MO downloads files after signing in but I am not seeing many of the premium servers in the list and I would expect more. Is there a way to force the list to repopulate?

 

I have attached the list of servers from the Modorganizer.ini with all the weird characters edited out

The list is always updated when you download a file. Due to that the list may be missing servers that didn't host the most-recently downloaded file.

In that case it is not working as intended at the moment on my install. If I clean the servers out of the list and re-download a file, it is repopulated with exactly the same list and it never changes, no matter what files I retrieve. If I manually download a file I can see a much larger list.

 

Is there a setting or log I should check for permission errors in this process? MO is running as admin under Win8.1
